1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide software development, website development, mobile apps, and related consulting. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in written proposals/SOWs approved by you.

3. Pricing, Invoices, and Payments

• Quotes are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are due as per agreed milestones; late payments may attract fees or pause work.
• Any third‑party licenses, hosting, or marketplace fees are billed separately unless included.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by missing inputs extend timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you receive rights to the deliverables as stated in the contract.
• Pre‑existing tools, libraries, and know‑how remain our or respective owners’ IP.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information secret and use it only for the project.

7. Warranties and Support

We provide a reasonable warranty window for bug fixes on delivered work as per the SOW. Ongoing enhancements or support are available under a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice as per the contract. All dues until termination are payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Keonjhar, Odisha, India.
