1. Digital Deliveries

• For software projects, deliverables are provided digitally via repositories, cloud access, or download links.
• Access credentials, source code, builds, and documentation are shared upon milestone completion and payments.
• Estimated delivery timelines are stated in proposals/SOWs and depend on timely feedback from clients.

2. Physical Shipments (If Applicable)

• We generally do not ship physical goods. In rare cases (e.g., hardware kits), shipping charges and couriers are specified in the SOW.
• Risk of loss passes to the client upon courier pickup. Any customs duties or local taxes are payable by the recipient.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regulatory delays.

3. Address and Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur re‑shipping charges.
