1. Project Cancellations
- Cancellations before project kick‑off: eligible for a refund minus any non‑recoverable costs (e.g., discovery time, tools).
- After kick‑off: refundable amount (if any) is calculated based on work completed and resources allocated up to the request date.
2. Digital Products and Source Code
Due to the nature of digital goods, delivered source code/artifacts are generally non‑returnable and non‑refundable. We will evaluate defect‑related issues in good faith and provide fixes within the agreed warranty window.
3. Maintenance, Retainers, and Subscriptions
- Prepaid retainers or support plans are non‑refundable once the term begins.
- You may cancel future renewals with written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking timelines.
